Our technicians review custom reports daily to ensure stability and performance are up to standards. We will review hardware alerts for devices that submit hardware notifications so that we can take appropriate action when necessary. We review and compare performance graphs and statistics weekly to make educated recommendations for additional hardware or software as needed. By monitoring the performance of each server constantly, when the need arises to add additional software or a role to a server we are able to clearly see which server is underutilized or if a new server purchase is needed. We monitor all public accessible services (such as ping, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, IMAP, etc) from our data center and corporate office real-time. In the event of an internet service disruption or an unresponsive server or service, we will be notified within minutes and will take the appropriate actions to bring the services or servers back online.
