Here at Accent, we take the proactive approach to ensure your network is working correctly. On every network, a monitoring system is set up to send us alerts when services are not working properly. A technician receives these alerts and looks into the problem immediately. Our goal is to have the issue resolved before the users have realized anything was down. This helps eliminate system and network downtime, as well as saving our customers money in the long run.
