Clients using our managed services contracts need not worry about regular maintenance to their systems. With Managed Services, Accent takes a proactive stance on maintenance and will intercept all possible issues before they are evident to the user.

• Proactive – With no need to worry about hourly rates in regard to regular maintenance, Accent is able to take a proactive approach and you will still know how much it will cost. The monthly support contract will set you on a regular budget, and will green-light Accent to take care of your system when most appropriate.
• Cost – Since you will be on a monthly rate, it will be easy for you to budget and will not have to agonize over some unexpected support issues.
• Managed software - Some software installations will allow us to push it out from your server. This helps make deployments and ongoing changes faster in that we will not need to install managed software on every computer individually. This solution for quick and easy software deployments makes it so that every computer in the office will have certain software, and if a computer is removed from your network, so will all its software. This simplifies licensing issues, deployment, and manageability.
